I recently had our white couch treated by Paul, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment he arrived, Paul was incredibly caring and personable. He mentioned several times that he treats every couch “as if it were his own”, and you can genuinely feel that level of pride and attention in his work.

While he applied the stain protection, we chatted and he shared some amazing success stories from past clients. It was clear he’s not only experienced but truly passionate about what he does. He also took the time to walk me through the spot-removal kit he personally puts together complete with two types of stain removers, specialized cloths, and even a sponge specifically designed for denim transfer. I loved how detailed and thoughtful he was in making sure I knew exactly how to use everything.

In our excitement the next day, we decided to test out the treated pillow area with a bit of water and we were amazed. The water immediately beaded up and rolled right off the couch onto the floor! Nothing penetrated the fabric at all. After a quick dab with a cloth to pick up the leftover droplets, the couch was completely dry. It was the perfect proof that Paul’s work really does what he promises.

It’s not often you come across someone with this level of customer service. Paul made me feel completely confident that we made the right choice. He even assured me that if I ever have questions or need help in the future, I should never hesitate to text or call.

I highly recommend Stain Protection Services. Paul is a true professional who goes above and beyond, and our couch is in the best hands because of him!

I’m writing this review almost 2 years after having what was my brand new custom upholstered furniture treated with SPS. With two small children and host alot of family get togethers.. so we have experienced just about every flood stain possible on our off white couch and chairs. We have had tomato sauce, fruit juice, coffee, red wine, marker and pen. My son has even gotten sick and threw up on the couch. Needless to say each time I have a small heart attack. But I take comfort in knowing this stuff is the real deal. Paul was not lying when he told us he cracked the code! I reach for the solution and with a few sprays and dabs.. the stains vanish. (Some do require a bit more elbow work but they vanish nevertheless.). Paul is even so nice as to bring us by some more of his solution to continue to protect the longevity of our furniture! This stuff deserves 10 stars! We are in the market for some new upholstery for our other rooms and will be having them all treated once purchased! I highly recommend!

I have a white couch with a toddler, and my couch is STILL white because of this protection! This is the real deal. And the take home cleaning kits to use at home after your service for small marks or spills works like magic. Highly recommend for anyone looking to protect their furniture long term! And the nicest owner!

SPS and Paul did a fantastic job stain-protecting our couch. Paul was thorough, precise and exhibited great attention to detail. He even took the time to explain how to properly care for the couch going forward. Would definitely recommend SPS.

UPDATED JULY 7,2025:
Since my initial review Paul has protected several area rugs, living room accent chairs, living room sofa, dining chairs and family room sectional.
There have been many food and liquid stains on the dining chairs that completely disappeared with the stain removal products. There also have been several food and drink stains on the sectional, most recently coffee stains, that also completely disappeared with the stain removal products.
Paul has provided the most exceptional customer service , answering all questions prior to and during application. Most importantly, his customer support post application, is amazing. Always ready to help!

INITIAL REVIEW:
We had the good fortune to meet Paul while shopping for our new dining room area rug. It was immediately obvious that Paul was exceptionally knowledgeable about stain protection and the benefits of stain protect vs. the competition. He answered all of my questions with patience. When he came to apply the product , his years of experience enabled him to suggest how best to protect my new area rug.
He followed up immediately with some further questions I had. His knowledge, experience and customer service is excellent!
