Paul was super friendly, personable (made us laugh and was so easy and comfortable to talk to), and knowledgeable about his product and services. He was flexible and came shortly after our couch was delivered and before it had a chance to get dirty. He did a great job explaining the service, answered questions, and did such a thorough job protecting our light coloured sectional (he took his time and paid attention to detail). He also left us with a cleaning kit and informed us how to clean up oil and/or water based spills (also told us if we ever needed, to call him and he will walk us through the steps..so nice!). I am glad I used his services and feel that my couch is fully protected because of him.
