Highly recommend Paul at SPS. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about protecting our furniture. We took delivery of our new couch and I reached out to Paul to see when I could get him in to protect it. Paul came in the next day which is much faster than I was expecting. Paul took the time to explain what he was doing and how to ensure it stays looking great.

He was so informative, professional and kind. And not at all pushy. When he came by he was so thorough and thoughtful in ensuring our furniture was protected. He spent extra time and made sure that all was completely covered. He even gave me a kit to help easily remove any stains in the future. On top of all this, he is also just a super nice guy. Would highly recommend!

I’ve worked with Paul twice now. Stain Protection Services was recommended to me by a trusted connection. Paul was quick to respond and set up an appointment as well as provide a quote and dates he could do the work. Paul took the time to sit down and explain the process, and what aftercare would be required when a spill happens (all very easy to follow) I couldn’t be happier as we had our new couch and dinning room chairs protected and we’ve already had spills that cleaned up easily with no detection of staining thanks to the work Paul did for us. I highly recommend Stain Protection Services for any of your rugs or upholstery stain protection needs.

Paul was super friendly, personable (made us laugh and was so easy and comfortable to talk to), and knowledgeable about his product and services. He was flexible and came shortly after our couch was delivered and before it had a chance to get dirty. He did a great job explaining the service, answered questions, and did such a thorough job protecting our light coloured sectional (he took his time and paid attention to detail). He also left us with a cleaning kit and informed us how to clean up oil and/or water based spills (also told us if we ever needed, to call him and he will walk us through the steps..so nice!). I am glad I used his services and feel that my couch is fully protected because of him.
